Privacy Policy

VICE VI is an independent media publication covering Grand Theft Auto VI news, real-time intelligence, guides and updates. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Information we process

Our infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, browser information and error logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. If analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them accurately.

Cookies and OAuth

The public editorial site does not require an account. Short-lived, strictly necessary cookies may be used during a deliberately initiated administrator OAuth flow. They protect the authorization request and are not used for advertising or user tracking.

Contact data

If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to respond, operate the publication, address rights requests or meet legal obligations.

Use of the X API

VICE VI may use the official X API to publish VICE VI editorial content to its own media account. We do not buy or sell X data, profile X users, monitor individuals, or use X data for surveillance. Credentials and tokens are restricted to authorized operations and are not stored in public source code.

Retention and security

Technical and contact information is retained only for a reasonable operational, security or legal period. We apply access controls and minimize the information stored, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
